Casina Valadier Restaurant

The Casina Valadier restaurant is located at Villa Borghese in an elegant XIX century building created by the designs of the prominent Italian architect Giuseppe Valadier between 1816 and 1837, who in turn reconstructed the XVII century building. After several restorations over the years, Casina Valadier have preserved many of its historical features and reopened to the public in 2004. The ceiling of the building is decorated with various beautiful frescoes. Visitors of the restaurant can enjoy a great view on the city and a cozy interior providing a relaxing atmosphere. Many of the dishes are based on traditional recipes of the Italian cuisine. No doubt one at least should try here a coffee with a dessert and a view of Rome! Prices for main courses 20-70 Euros.
