Museum of Decorative Arts


Museum of Decorative Arts displays an extensive and very interesting collection of the objects of decorative arts embracing the period from the Middle Ages to our days. This museum occupies almost 7 thousand square meters of Kulturforum’s territory. The exhibition includes jewellery, dishware, tapestry, clothes and so on. This particular museum is considered the oldest in Berlin, at the end of the XIX century the development of various types of decorative art started under the guidance of this museum.
